whoooow one of the best places to do live music ,, iv sung at many large concert halls with 9,000ppl but nothing comes close to the Tan Hill Inn , its viberant, and very responsive to the moods .. i loved it , would suggest any musician to go and play, even for free you will love it,

i enjoyed my two occasions as a guest at tan hill the first occasion we stayed in room twelve and enjoyed a nice bar meal my wife daughter and myself all sat round the bar had a few real ales and a singalong with a local accoustic guitarist we enjoyed it so much we booked the adjoining cottage the following new year for a three night stay we enjoyed very much the three course new years eve dinner and local entertainer chris myers i will miss tan hill in future as my wife has been diagnosed as having terminal cancer and we find it increasingly difficult
to get around especially to such remote places as outer syberia where the tan hill is sittuated
