The Tan Hill Inn is famous the world-over for many reasons, not least that it is the highest pub in Great Britain at 1732 feet above sea-level.... but that obviously makes it the highest pub Gig venue in the country as well.
For years Tan Hill has hosted numerous live music events catering for a full range of tastes, more recently a venue for bands such as British Sea Power.... and who can forget the 5 miles of roadside tents when we were visited by the Arctic Monkeys!!!!!
In 2008 we acquired Knapp Farm, near Taunton in Somerset, which will become our second Event Venue for larger audiences.
We are regularly visited by a variety of local artistes from different genres, as well as those of more national acclaim. Please watch our Gigs page closely for coming live music and other events.... as tickets may be limited!!!
